I recommend that all future meetings should be held only in sanctuary cities to ensure fullest participation since we cannot predict when any new restrictions will be announced. Even better would be to hold future meetings in nearby countries, but this would cause a problem for non-citizens who are working in U.S. labs and might not be able to get back. Therefore, sanctuary cities provide the best option for all future meetings going forward.
